Job Description Role Summary The Techliner provides advanced technical support to an international automotive dealer network within a global team environment. As the main contact for the French market, the role focuses on resolving complex vehicle diagnostic issues and acting as a bridge between the automotive manufacturer and its authorized service partners. Key Responsibilities Handle customer incident reports (FIC) submitted by the dealer network. Provide written and telephone diagnostic support for vehicles. Ensure timely, high‑quality technical assistance aligned with internal procedures. Collaborate with manufacturer teams and service providers to improve diagnostic solutions.
