Responsibilities
  • Drive Value Through Technical Enablement: Support BDMs with system design, tenders, and pre-sales opportunities to maximise success.
  • Deliver Hands-On Support: Provide expert technical guidance, in-person and remotely, across training, system migrations, commissioning, audits and upgrades.
  • Promote Gallagher’s High-Security Systems: Help bring our world-class solutions into Government and Corporate spaces through smart solution design and certifications.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Work across product, sales, support, R&D, and partners to deliver seamless outcomes.
  • Champion Technical Best Practice: Maintain technical records, implement standards, and provide feedback that shapes our innovation pipeline
