OVERVIEW

The Technical Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, combining strong technical expertise with customer relationship management skills. This role is responsible for understanding clients’ business needs, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. The Technical Account Manager works closely with engineering, sales, and project management teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (account management, applications engineering, or technical sales).
  • Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, test automation, or system integration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with in-circuit testing (ICT), functional test systems, industrial test solutions.
  • Familiarity with process automation solutions in manufacturing environments.
  • Previous experience in a B2B industrial or high-tech environment.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all technical and business communications.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand our solutions and services within existing accounts.
  • Technical Solution Management
  • Understand client technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from Arxtron’s portfolio.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop proposals, quotations, and project scopes.
  • Present technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Serve as the technical lead during pre-sales discussions, ensuring the proposed solutions meet customer specifications and production environments.
  • Interact with clients under the guidance of the sales team to support sales lead efforts.
  • Project and Account Coordination
  • Oversee the delivery of solutions to ensure they meet client expectations and specifications.
  • Participate on project status and technical discussions with internal team and provide schedule, status update to clients.
  • Monitor project progress, coordinate issue resolution, and manage escalations when needed.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align delivery schedules and quality standards.
  • Business Development Support
  • Assist the sales team in identifying new opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Support trade shows, client demos, and marketing activities.
  • Provide client feedback to guide product and service improvements.
