We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Account Manager (f/m/d) to manage and develop long-term relationships with strategic customers in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success, adoption, and value creation by combining technical expertise, data analytics, and strong stakeholder engagement across the full customer lifecycle. Your Responsibilities Manage and develop long-term relationships with strategic customers Ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term retention Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating customer needs into actionable insights Analyze customer usage data to identify risks and expansion opportunities Proactively manage customer pain points and escalation situations Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams Promote the value of A2MAC1 products, analytics tools, and solutions Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience) Experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing technical roles Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise-level customer relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical and usage data Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a dynamic, international, and fast-moving environment Fluent German (native or near-native level) and fluent English are mandatory Monthly subsidy of 50 EUR (Wellpass) Meal subsidies Work in an international environment with exciting challenges and a dynamic team spirit Team events such as B2Run, Oktoberfest, and Christmas celebrations Free fresh fruit, coffee, tea, water, and nuts Modern office, easily accessible by public transport and car Have we sparked your interest?
