THE POSITION:

Placements.io is seeking a client-facing, technically savvy Technical Account Manager (TAM) / Implementation Consultant to join our growing team in Singapore. This role sits within our Professional Services function and is critical to delivering successful customer outcomes across the APAC region. As part of our Professional Services team, you’ll lead customer onboarding and implementation engagements while providing strategic, technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor—aligning our platform’s capabilities with customer business goals and ensuring long-term success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in technical account management, implementation consulting, or a similar client-facing technical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in SaaS and API-based integrations.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage timelines and stakeholders across functions.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with ad tech, digital media, or ecommerce workflows is a plus.
  • Based in Singapore

Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation projects for new clients across APAC, ensuring seamless onboarding and go-live.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during onboarding and early adoption.
  • Translate client business requirements into effective product configurations and scalable workflows.
  • Manage technical integrations (APIs, 3rd-party systems), data migration, and platform setup.
  • Provide best-practice recommendations and consultative guidance as part of Placements.io’s Professional Services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support—to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation to continuously refine our Professional Services delivery.
