B2B is the Business Unit responsible for Nubank's B2B connection with the market, including Nubank's payment method: NuPay. Our Sales Team is focused on selling our products to merchants all around Brazil in order to improve their operations and increase their sales performance by removing complexity of transactions and increasing their security and cost efficiency. You'll be responsible for Manage the implementation project using agile methodologies, proposing testing and learning activities, frequent feedback, and parallelization of tasks to ensure the project schedule with the merchant. Align the technical and product solutions most applicable to each merchant. Review merchant checkout processes, validating success and failure flows according to the expected behavior of our API and user experience, ensuring the quality of the product application. Listen to merchant feedback and engage with internal teams to optimize our product. Additionally, support product changes, documentation management and product sustainability initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless merchant experiences and drive continuous improvements. Navigate data and create end-to-end analysis to identify the root cause of problems or opportunities, sizing them based on reasonable assumptions. We are looking for a person who has Previous experience in API integration projects and/or providing technical consultancy on integration with REST APIs. Ability to clearly identify and communicate pragmatic solutions to complex problems, such as integration issues. Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. Additional experience in payment methods or payment method integrations would be a plus.
