Your Impact **Strategic Roadmap: ** Develop and maintain client business plans and technical roadmaps aligned with our core stack. Consultative Growth: Analyze client needs to recommend upgrades or features that solve their unique business challenges. Project Leadership: Partner with the Professional Services Team to design successful projects and keep clients informed every step of the way. Crisis Management: Act as the primary point of contact during technical emergencies, providing calm and clear communication. Business Development: Collaborate with the Sales Team to showcase our value and win new business. What You Bring to the Table Experience: A minimum of 3 years communicating complex technical issues to clients. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Windows workstations/servers, Microsoft 365, and a solid grasp of networking topology. Education: A four-year degree in a technology-related field (relevant experience may offset this requirement). Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities paired with elite verbal and written communication. Service Mindset: A proven track record in high-level customer service and account management.
