Role Summary: The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at OnePlan is not just a role; it is the heartbeat of our client partnerships. You will be the linchpin in delivering transformative solutions leveraging OnePlan and Microsoft technologies. Collaborating with Service Delivery, Customer Success, and Sales teams, you will ensure our service is synonymous with excellence and innovation.
This is a remote opportunity across North America, embracing diversity and flexibility, offering you the chance to be part of our trailblazing team from any location within North America.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects of different size and complexity.
  • Stellar communication skills to simplify complex technical conversations.
  • Must be able to travel to provide on-site consulting work to clients occasionally.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Advanced Expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM): Exhibit deep-seated knowledge and hands-on experience with PPM tools, coupled with an authoritative grasp of industry best practices. You will be expected to confidently guide strategic discussions and implement solutions that catalyze project success and organizational growth.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Power Platform—Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft technology ecosystem, including Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure, as well as Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • OnePlan and OneConnect experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • A proven track record in enterprise-level project management and process documentation.
  • An innate ability to connect and communicate with customers, with a keen eye for detail and customer satisfaction.
