Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • You’ll be defining and optimizing payment KPIs and you will be working closely with our analytics and product team to identify areas of improvement
  • You will formulate strategies to enhance the payment performance for our merchant base
  • You will be frequently presenting elaborate performance optimization reports and strategic roadmaps to our merchants
  • You will be doing market landscape analysis to identify the optimal payment setup for our merchant base
  • You’ll be following closely the latest Fintech trends and identifying areas of improvement for Payrails and our merchants’ setup
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Go-To-Market, Product, and Engineering teams to encapsulate new technologies and innovative products to Payrails offering
  • You’ll be growing revenue by introducing new use cases

YOU’LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF

  • You have 5+ years of experience in FinTech or the Payments domain
  • You are an innovative thinker, able to quickly recognize opportunities and apply your expertise while executing fast
  • You have experience delivering customer value, outcomes, and results that align with customer objectives
  • You have a strong empathy for customers and a passion for driving growth
  • You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • You have excellent project management, time management, and organization skills
