TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to speak with technical and business stakeholders
  • Previous experienced to work in regulated environments
  • Experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with Data Privacy, Financial and/or Medical Regulations
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Support the preparation and response to RFPs to secure new business opportunities
  • Develop and present detailed offers that align with client requirements and company capabilities
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of ongoing projects and track technical personnel involved
  • Act as a connection between customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution
  • Utilize technical expertise to address client inquiries and provide timely support
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to promote long-term partnerships and business growth
  • Support in preparation of customer presentations and demos
