ROLE SUMMARY

We’re seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the strategic advisor for our clients. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between technical delivery and business outcomes by conducting TBRs (Technology Business Reviews), developing IT roadmaps, and ensuring clients get the right technology solutions at the right time. This position combines technical expertise, business acumen, and strong client relationship skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as the primary technical relationship owner for assigned clients.
  • Conduct TBRs/QBRs and lead ongoing strategic meetings with client leadership.
  • Manage client agreements and contract renewals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client environments (refresh cycles, security upgrades, cloud migration).
  • Develop IT roadmaps aligned with business priorities and budgets.
  • Collaborate with Service and Project teams to scope solutions and prepare proposals.
  • Act as an escalation point for client service concerns, coordinating with Service Coordinators to resolve.
  • Work with marketing, service, and leadership teams to deliver client communications.
  • Keep clients informed about emerging technologies, risks, and compliance requirements.
  • Track client satisfaction, retention, and internal ratings, and create improvement plans.

This role sets you up for both leadership and technical growth paths:

  • Strategic Path: Account Manager / vCIO (owning budget authority and proposals).
  • Leadership Path: Client Success Manager.
  • Technical Path: Senior Project Engineer or Solutions Architect
