ABOUT THE ROLE
As our founding Technical Account Manager (TAM) you will own the customer lifecycle post-sale for Vapi’s enterprise customers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, driving adoption, expansion, and measurable impact while serving as the connective tissue between customers and our product, engineering, and GTM teams. If you love building deep partnerships, solving novel technical problems, and operating at startup velocity, this role is for you.
