OVERVIEW
As we expand our footprint in EMEA, we’re looking for a dynamic Technical Account Specialist to join our growing team and help shape the future of our implementation processes.
As a Technical Account Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the future technical deployment process for all end users across EMEA. You’ll work closely with our largest clients, handling their complex technical needs, from launching new AI models in collaboration with the product team to mapping out optimized hardware solutions. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless client experiences from presales to post-sales.
