What you’ll do: Support clients in assessing their readiness for IPOs, capital raisings, and other capital market transactions through technical reviews and advisory services Assist in evaluating financial reporting processes, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and operational preparedness Conduct detailed analysis of financial information, accounting treatments, and disclosures to identify areas of risk and improvement Collaborate closely with client management and other stakeholders to provide clear, practical recommendations that enhance readiness and compliance Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports, and technical briefs to support advisory engagements Contribute to the development and refinement of CMAAS methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation What we’re looking for: Technical Expertise: 2-4 years’ experience in technical accounting, corporate finance, advisory, or Audit roles, with exposure to capital markets transactions or IPO readiness preferred Strong Knowledge: Understanding of accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and market practices relevant to IPOs and capital raisings Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex financial and business information, assess risks, and provide insightful, actionable recommendations Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences Collaborative Mindset: A team player who supports colleagues, shares knowledge, and contributes positively to client engagements Client Centricity: Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building trusted relationships What you’ll gain: The opportunity to work with leading organisations and cutting-edge technology that challenge and expand your expertise.
