DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of retrofit terms like CWI (Cavity Wall Insulation), EWI (External Wall Insulation), IWI (Internal Wall Insulation) loft insulation, Solar PV etc
Responsibilities

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE …

We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Technical Administrator to support the smooth delivery of our diverse social housing contracts. This role is pivotal to ensuring accurate project records, coordinated communication, and strong compliance across our work streams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…

  • Maintaining daily site records including progress updates and minutes, site registers, inductions and site diary
  • Organising and archiving documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling and making appointments also coordinating access to properties with tenants and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all project compliant documentation is uploaded to our internal systems and client portals on time with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Respond to queries and support information flow between site teams, office staff, clients and residents.
  • Collate and prepare information and issue handover packs to our clients.
  • Comply with the current GDPR regulations and confidentiality standards when handling tenant personal data.
  • Contribute to a positive tenant experience during the life cycle of the works.

What we’d like from you…

  • Experience in the construction industry preferably in the planned maintenance environment, Social Housing Decarbonisation Funded (SHDF) work will be advantageous
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high degree of accuracy and an attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain a high level of output
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially with clients, residents and subcontractors
  • An understanding and familiarity with compliance specifications (e.g. PAS2030, PAS2035, SHDF funding process through to TrustMark accreditation) also Fensa registrations
  • Skilled use of Microsoft Office, Teams, and cloud-based project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment
  • Respectful, professional and sensitive to the needs of our clients, customers, and team members
