As a Technical Administrator working with the Engineering Team, you will join our client site in the Pharmaceutical sector. This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Grange Castle, Dublin.
Working within the Engineering Systems Group to ensure equipment and instrument master data is added to the computerized calibration & maintenance management system (CCMS)

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • A minimum requirement is an ability to efficiently use Office 365 applications particularly Excel (using pivot tables, working knowledge of formula capabilities) and PowerPoint (generation and delivery of presentations). Outlook and Teams are required to be used day-to-day.Experience in using computerised calibration & maintenance management systems an advantage however training will be given on systemsUnderstanding of Engineering terminology, in particular units of measure, an advantage.Open to assist others when required in the use of the CMMS application.Experience providing computerised maintenance management systems support and providing computer systems application user training an advantage.Preparing communication presentations (ideally of an Engineering nature) an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Complete assigned curricula and required peer to peer training associated with EAMS system admin competency.
  • Implement processes for additions/changes to system entries for instruments/assets on the computerised maintenance and calibration management system.
  • Data required to be added is, but not limited to, object profile master data and links to systems/locations, preventive maintenance job plans including material lists/parts, PM schedules, commissioning work orders.Use a database query tool (post training) to extract data from EAMS to support site metrics and requirementsSupport a 100% peer review workflow within the Engineering Systems group for any data processedProvide updates on progress and contribute to assembly of project tracking systems.Provide feedback based on observations/experiences that contribute to continuous Improvements within the EAMS processing workflows. Embrace cultural and safety initiatives and programs within Engineering and work collaboratively within the Engineering Systems Group.
