Job Title: Technical Administrator Location: Barrow-in-Furness. Onsite Salary: £24,242 What you’ll be doing: Managing the Front of House for the SASK/Harding Rise facilities by coordinating with external and internal key stakeholders throughout the day, solving problems, and responding to any incoming requests Supporting with process confirmations to make sure the facility meets the diamond standards to enable the successful delivery of training Managing building access and security, and escorting visitors Facilitating induction sessions for new arrivals to the site Preparing and arranging rooms daily to accommodate individual training needs Managing the facility inbox and ordering stationery and merchandise requirements for the facility owning a CPC card Your skills and experiences: Strong background in a customer facing position Relevant Business Administration Qualification Level 3 or equivalent by experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office in particular PowerPoint, Excel and Visio Strong attention to detail Benefits: As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts - you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.
