Responsibilities
  • Provide a full range of administrative support to keep operations running smoothly
  • Communicating & collaborating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders – both internal and external
  • Act as the main point of contact for SHE administrative needs, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborating with the SHE department daily, working with our local SHE Advisor, SHE TU Rep, Environmental Advisor as well as the medical team
  • Supporting the Senior Project Professional on implementing the 5S strategy & SOE throughout Engineering
