WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU…

  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel and desirable to have knowledge of other MS software e.g. SharePoint, PowerPoint
  • A willingness to learn and use internal software packages
  • To have initiative and be self-motivated
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Preferred but not essential:
  • Administration experience
  • Driving Licence desirable to enable the post holder to attend company locations where required
Responsibilities
  • Provide day to day administrative support to the Technical Managers and Director
  • Management of Purchase Orders
  • Recording test results via internal systems
  • Generate reports based on extracted data
  • Circulate and file test results and reports
  • Be responsible for document management
  • Coordinate internal and external audits for Quality and Factory Production Control systems
  • Deal with client queries
  • The above list is not exclusive and other duties will be required as per business requirements
