As we don’t have a legal entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina this collaboration will be based on a service agreement between Fronius and the independent Technical Advisor.
Tasks & Responsibilities

Functional

• Maintain the relationship to existing customers while generating new leads and sales opportunities
• Provide technical support and trainings to sales partners, customers, Fronius System Partners (FSP), installers and project partners in Croatia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Slovenia and Serbia.
• Conduct regular visits to installers/EPCs to provide information and updates on products, give presentations and conduct technical training
• Participate in sales exhibitions and/ or trade fairs in Croatia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Slovenia and Serbia.
• Keep up-to-date regarding the respective solar markets (e.g. business and political developments, competitors, regional legislations, etc.)
• Support marketing and PR activities
• Run regular webinars/presentations to provide product information and updates to partners and customers
• Provide support with internal technical questions arising from national and international departments (e.g. Sales, Marketing)
• Collaborate on the continued improvement of products, processes, und tools by actively providing feedback
• Proactively share and develop knowledge and skills
• Provide support in organizing events

You will report directly to the responsible Export Sales Manager for the region.
Skills & Requirements

Professional

• Knowledge and experience with electronics
• Experience/talent in selling of technical products
• Knowledge of PV systems and credentials to install and service them
• Knowledge of renewable energy and/or photovoltaics is beneficial
• Knowledge of MS Office

Personal

• Dedication and flexibility
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Reliability and ability to work independently

Language

• Fluency in Bosnian (spoken and written)
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
