Job Description Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Support & Field Service Provide on-site technical assistance and supervision during application of Sika systems (concrete admixtures, repair mortars, waterproofing membranes, sealants, flooring coatings, etc.). Diagnose and resolve product performance and application issues in collaboration with clients, contractors, and Sika’s Technical Department. Conduct field trials and evaluations of new or existing products. Prepare detailed site visit reports, test summaries, and recommendations. 2. Product & Specification Support Support consultants and engineers with product selection, system design, and preparation of specifications and method statements. Ensure solutions comply with relevant EN, ASTM, ISO, or local standards. Provide technical data, certifications, and approvals for project tenders. 3. Training & Knowledge Transfer Conduct technical training for Sika’s customers, applicators, distributors, and internal staff. Organize and perform product demonstrations and presentations. Participate in Sika Academy training sessions and contribute to technical materials and manuals. 4. Collaboration & Feedback Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to ensure customer needs are met. Gather and communicate field feedback on product performance and market trends. Support product launches and assist in developing local test protocols. Qualifications Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction chemicals, civil construction, or building materials industry. Strong understanding of concrete technology, waterproofing, repair & protection systems, or industrial flooring. Hands-on experience with application and troubleshooting of chemical building products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [local language] and English. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with construction drawings and specifications. Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
