The Role As a Technical Analyst, you will support the availability and stability of Crown Sydney’s technology environment. You’ll respond to incidents, monitor system health, and troubleshoot issues across networks, applications, servers, mobile devices and customer‑facing systems. Key Responsibilities Provide frontline technical support and monitoring across Crown Sydney’s IT Infrastructure Troubleshoot and escalate issues across networks, Wi‑Fi, servers, storage, VMware, mobile devices and customer‑facing technologies. Manage incident, problem and change records accurately, including participation in Priority 1 incident response where required. Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams, completing detailed shift handovers and keeping operational documentation updated. Support system changes and upgrades by following strict change control processes and contributing to project‑related activities. Build strong working relationships with IT teams, business stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and effective issue resolution. About You We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of technical capability, strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset. You will ideally have: Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology Comfortable being available for after hours and weekend support for critical incidents Experience in the following: Windows systems, Aruba/Cisco Switches, VMWare Infrastructure, Checkpoint/Palo Alto Firewall Solid background in network routing and switching, with practical experience managing BGP environments. CCNP Certification would be highly regarded Experience working within structured IT environments and ITIL frameworks (ITIL Foundation preferred). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and solutions‑focused under pressure. A collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge.
