Description

We are establishing a new Finance User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Enablement team to support the delivery of large, complex Finance change initiatives, including the integration of Virgin Money and major transformation programmes. The role will play a key part in shaping how testing is delivered across our change portfolio. You will lead on testing within workstreams, influence the overall test approach, and help us deliver testing at pace through improved ways of working, automation and AI. This role combines hands‑on testing with leadership and strategic input. We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 30 and 35 hours. At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible.
