IT Services delivers all aspects of information-technology service and support across ARU, providing a first-class experience to our students, staff and other stakeholders as they pursue their studies and work on campus and beyond.
This is your opportunity to take a key role in our service as part of a team supporting our Endpoint software and devices. Administering Microsoft Intune, application management and deployment tools as well as a growing portfolio of aligned services in use across ARU. You will provide escalated support for the operation, maintenance and support of our productivity, collaboration and communications solutions.
With a degree or relevant professional qualification at degree level and evidence of continuing professional development, you will have experience of Intune, including the management of the end-user experience for commonly available applications and communications and collaboration services. The post holder would ideally understand the concepts of Cyber Essentials plus and how this fits into the Higher Education sector.
While knowledge of Intune and related services are essential, we recognise that this is an area of significant growth in the industry and are committed to enhancing the post holder through a structured programme of training and development.
