POSITION SUMMARY & ENVIRONMENT
Adaptiv specialise in integration development, delivering premium solutions for our clients’ needs. The Technical Analyst - Graduate Developer position is a critical role, responsible for delivering second line support to the Adaptiv client base and is geared towards a career in Integration Development.
The Technical Analyst - Graduate Developer provides support, diagnosis and resolution of technical problems and issues. This position works alongside a team of experienced Developers and assists with the development and maintenance of client projects. The primary focus for this position is on the technical analysis and support and service to Adaptiv clients, identifying opportunities for improvement in support process and capability.
The Technical Analyst - Graduate Developer will be required to work on multiple projects at any one time and balance workload accordingly. The role is required to use tools and techniques that help maintain support analysis in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
This position is highly responsive to the requests of clients with work priorities largely influenced by these stakeholders. As such, this position includes an On Call component (with on call allowance) that operates on a rotating roster. While you are not required to be on company premises when rostered On Call, you will be required to respond to emails/mobile phone if/when you receive urgent client calls or emails.
Our Technical Analyst – Graduate Developer roles are designed to instil a genuine grounding and understanding of technology and the systems and processes typically used in the middleware integration space, before launching graduates into a career with us as an Integration Developer.

QUALIFICATIONS
A related tertiary degree or at least two years relevant help desk or support experience is required. Formal training in programming fundamentals (e.g. language semantics, best practice, patterns) would be preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in a support environment and knowledge of service delivery methodologies.
