TECHNICAL ANALYST (INFRASTRUCTURE):

On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Technical Analyst (Infrastructure) for an immediate role. This position is remote, with flexibility for candidates located in Fredericton.

TECHNICAL ANALYST (INFRASTRUCTURE) - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves supporting infrastructure projects as a technical lead and executing implementations for various initiatives. Key projects include Access and Identity Management modernization, migrating to a centralized Print Management solution, and implementing a Mobile Store Solution for remote connectivity.

TECHNICAL ANALYST (INFRASTRUCTURE) - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• 5+ years in a technical analyst or similar role in medium to large organizations
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, identity & access management, Active Directory, Entra, Microsoft 365
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure
• Understanding of GPO for security, software deployments, and end-user configuration
• Experience with PowerShell and scripting
• Familiarity with networking technologies – Cisco/Aruba
• Experience with network monitoring tools

TECHNICAL ANALYST (INFRASTRUCTURE) – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with documenting solutions for operational support
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with mobile store connectivity solutions

• Support the Access and Identity Management modernization project, including AD, Entra, and Intune Cleanup
• Migrate to a centralized Print Management solution for Lexmark and HP Printers
• Implement a Mobile Store Solution for remote store connectivity
• Support Wireless Authentication migration from PSK to Active Directory users/computer authentication
• Collaborate with the Technical Architect on remote user device and identity modernization solutions
