Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Technical Analyst (P1-P3) to support the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions for Lilly's Global Medical Affairs business unit. Translate business needs and processes into technical requirements. Plan, analyze, design, configure, test, and deploy solutions in response to business needs. Provide technical guidance for solution design decisions. Drive Medical Information systems development. Perform technical prototyping and implementation around personalization, innovative content creation, and delivery capabilities. Conduct formal technical design reviews. #LI-DNI Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related STEM field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with planning, analysis, design, testing, and deployment of IT solutions. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with Cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft, Azure Adobe, Veeva, Heroku, and Salesforce; 5 years of experience with developing in web technologies including Node.JS and React; 5 years of experience with Agile delivery methodology, including SAFe; 2 years of experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools to enhance web search and digital content delivery; 2 years of experience with building and integrating AI solutions. The anticipated wage for this position is $129,813.00 - $149,284.95 per year Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
