Tasks

• Diagnose and resolve L3 technical-functional incidents (e.g., analyzing log files from applications and middleware)
• Maintain documentation for software solutions in the Manufacturing/PLD/HSE domain
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the service
• Contribute to the implementation of change requests
• Participate in problem analysis and root cause reviews as needed
• Support technical obsolescence management and roadmap planning

Requirements

• 5 year’s experience
• Experience in Manufacturing / PLD / MDM Products / HSE)
• Windows, Apache, Oracle, JBoss, MySQL, Linux, Tomcat, SQL Server, Networking (Advanced)
• Cybersecurity (Basic)
