KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * DEVELOP AND CONFIGURE SOLUTIONS TAILORED TO CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS USING PROPRIETARY * TOOLS, SQL SERVER, AND C# (AS APPLICABLE). * TRANSLATE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS INTO SCALABLE TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS. * PERFORM HANDS-ON CODING, DEBUGGING, AND SOLUTION CONFIGURATION. * WORK ON SQL QUERIES, DATA MAPPING, AND DATA TRANSFORMATION ACTIVITIES. * PARTICIPATE IN TECHNICAL DESIGN DISCUSSIONS AND PROVIDE STRUCTURED SOLUTION INPUTS. * MANAGE MULTIPLE CONCURRENT IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS. * TROUBLESHOOT CONFIGURATION AND TECHNICAL ISSUES INDEPENDENTLY. * FOLLOW ESTABLISHED IMPLEMENTATION BEST PRACTICES AND DOCUMENTATION STANDARDS. * COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS * ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 FRAMEWORKS MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS * BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, IT, OR RELATED TECHNICAL FIELD. * MINIMUM 2+ YEARS OF HANDS-ON DEVELOPMENT/PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE) * STRONG WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF SQL (QUERIES, JOINS, STORED PROCEDURES). * STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF OBJECT-ORIENTED PROGRAMMING CONCEPTS. * EXPERIENCE WITH AT LEAST ONE STRUCTURED PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE (C#, JAVA, OR SIMILAR). * ABILITY TO CONVERT FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS INTO TECHNICAL CONFIGURATIONS. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * EXPOSURE TO ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS. * FAMILIARITY WITH FINANCIAL/ACCOUNTING PROCESSES. * EXPERIENCE IN CLIENT-FACING IMPLEMENTATION ROLES. * STRONG ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS. * EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS. * ABILITY TO WORK IN A DEADLINE-DRIVEN, FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
