Role Overview: As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery or customer change requests of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams. Your role will involve ensuring project execution, technical feasibility, removing impediments, and aligning delivery with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects or customer change requests, ensuring timely and high-quality releases. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and stakeholders to define delivery roadmaps. Ensure projects are aligned with technical feasibility, business goals, and customer needs. Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks throughout the delivery lifecycle. Implement and optimise Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks for efficient execution. Track and report project progress using tools like Azure DevOps or similar. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Proven experience (8+ years) in project/module delivery, software development, or product delivery. Strong hands-on experience with hardware-integrated systems. Preferably, airport devices such as Kiosks, E-Gates, and other peripheral hardware (e.g., scanners, cameras, biometric devices) or similar. Solid software development background in C# and Java, with strong experience in WPF for desktop and device-driven applications. Experience developing and delivering applications that interface with hardware devices, including troubleshooting, performance optimisation, and reliability in production environments. A person should know how to integrate devices in the system using the SDKs, etc. Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure Repos, or similar), including branching strategies and code reviews, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD pipelines Ability to manage complex technical projects, balancing scope, timeline, and risks. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Flexibility for occasional travel to client sites as needed. NICE-TO-HAVE: Knowledge of specific industry-related software or tools relevant to the position. Certification in relevant technical areas (e.g., ITIL, PMP, etc.) is advantageous.
