What does the role include?
- Support with manuals and guides for our engineering team
- Creating and monitoring machine information through various tools to assist the internal sales team with their machine knowledge.
- Firmware and Software Updates
- Issuing Technical Bulletins for all the engineering and sales team as instructed by the Head of Technical
- Full Monitoring and management of the following systems
- Nayax
- Kombine
- Dosing
DESIRABLE:
- CAD design experience
- Previous industry experience (not essential as a fully trained role)
