What does the role include?

  • Support with manuals and guides for our engineering team
  • Creating and monitoring machine information through various tools to assist the internal sales team with their machine knowledge.
  • Firmware and Software Updates
  • Issuing Technical Bulletins for all the engineering and sales team as instructed by the Head of Technical
  • Full Monitoring and management of the following systems
  • Nayax
  • Kombine
  • Dosing

DESIRABLE:

  • CAD design experience
  • Previous industry experience (not essential as a fully trained role)
