JOB SUMMARY:

Leads technical excellence and innovation across construction projects. Oversees research in methods, materials, and technologies to improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related (Master’s/Ph.D. preferred).
• 12+ years in construction, with 5+ in leadership.
• Strong technical expertise in design, methods, and materials.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Develop and lead technical and R&D strategy.
• Guide complex engineering decisions and project design reviews.
• Oversee implementation of new technologies (e.g., BIM, modular, green tech).
• Ensure compliance with codes, quality, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Mentor technical staff and promote innovation culture.
