Want to become part of us? #shapeandcreate Manage the full technical lifecycle of various critical business applications, including deployment, configuration, and decommissioning. Proactively monitor application health, performance, and availability to identify and address potential issues before they impact users. Perform regular patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities to ensure applications are secure, stable, and running on the latest versions. Troubleshoot complex application-specific infrastructure issues related to web servers, application servers, and middleware. Collaborate closely with development teams to support new deployments, resolve bugs, and optimize application performance. Provide technical expertise and support for key applications such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and Coupa. Develop and maintain documentation for application configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Participate in on-call rotations as needed to ensure 24/7 application availability and rapid incident response. Perform other duties as assigned. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Relevant technical certifications are highly valued. (e.g., Azure, GCP), Linux administration, and database management. 2-3 years’ practical experience in managing and operating complex enterprise applications. Excellent command of verbal and written English language. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven practical experience in managing and operating complex enterprise applications. Proficiency in monitoring tools and techniques. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation. Understanding of IT security principles and best practices. Demonstrate excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, applying a methodical approach to troubleshooting. Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships with development, business, and IT colleagues. Ability to anticipate potential issues, propose solutions, and take ownership of tasks to improve system reliability and performance.
