As a Technical Application Specialist, you will support customers and partners in effectively using MaxWell Bio-systems’ products by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of in-quiries. You will develop deep expertise in our software, hardware, and microelectrode array applications to de-liver effective solutions. As part of the EMEA Commercial Team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth support operations and enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, if it aligns with your interests, you will have the opportunity to transition permanently to the North America (NAM) Commercial Team after completing a structured onboarding period at our headquarters in Switzerland.

• Manage and track customer inquiries to ensure timely responses
• Deliver high-quality support for MaxWell Biosystems’ customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Handle complex or high-priority customer issues that require additional expertise or internal coordination
• Continuously assess and improve support-related workflows
• Collect and share customer feedback with the Product Management, Application and R&D Teams
• Manage tools (CRM system) used by the support team
