Technical Application Support - Level 2

Responsibilities
  • You will take over the second level support in the area of Issuing Application-Support and, in particular, will look after Linux- and Cloudbased applications.
  • You will support the ongoing operation of existing applications and actively participate in their further development through migrations and changes.
  • Incident and problem management is carried out according to ITIL
  • You will prepare and maintain the required operating documentation
  • You will be responsible for the implementation of monitoring and act as the main contact person for internal colleagues regarding questions about the applications in your scope
  • You will also be involved in project work for the applications you support, with the aim of putting new applications into production
  • Identification and implementation of measures and procedures to ensure performance and availability fall within your area of responsibility
