We are now looking to expand our 100+ strong Adriatics team through the role of a Technical Application Support Specialist, to produce new functionalities and improve existing ones within the HRnet application. About the role: As a Technical Application Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring system stability and customer satisfaction by investigating issues, analyzing data, and guiding users through effective solutions. Working closely with implementation and development teams, you will contribute to continuous improvement of the HRnet solution while supporting a high-quality customer experience. Which tasks can you expect? Provide technical application support to HRnet users by identifying and resolving issues using the MS SQL database Investigate, analyze, and diagnose customer-reported incidents through structured problem investigation Identify defects and correct procedures within the MS SQL database to ensure data accuracy and system reliability Perform data control and verification activities to maintain high data quality standards Guide customers through corrective actions and clearly communicate solutions in a professional manner Collaborate closely with implementation and development teams to resolve complex issues Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers What do you have to offer? Strong knowledge of relational databases, preferably at mid or senior level, with willingness to work with MS SQL Proven ability to investigate and solve customer issues through structured analysis and troubleshooting Strong customer-focus with demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships Knowledge or experience with HR processes is considered an advantage Good command of English.
