This remote and contract position offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in implementing and architecting Appian within a service-oriented architecture. Join our innovative team where you can contribute to dynamic business processes, demonstrating your proficiency in the complete Appian implementation cycle.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Minimum of 12 years of overall professional experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years dedicated to developing applications using Appian BPM.
  • Mandatory L1/L2/L3 certification in Appian.
  • Hands-on experience in Appian, with in-depth knowledge of Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Web APIs, Sites, Process Model as a Service, Admin Console, Document Management, and Integration Smart Services.
  • Advantageous to have experience in automating Appian support or BAU activities, Plugin developments, and Appian server installations.
  • Previous work experience in developing SOAP and Restful web services and integration (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Implement and architect Appian within a service-oriented architecture.
  • Manage dynamic business processes using Appian BPM.
  • Lead the complete Appian implementation cycle, covering business process modeling, tool installation, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to the Appian Center of Excellence (CoE) with new standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Develop SOAP and Restful web services and integrations.
  • Automate Appian support or Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities.
  • Perform Appian server installations and Plugin developments.
  • Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of Appian applications and integrations.
  • Ensure successful integration of Appian solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior Appian developers and project teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest Appian features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Actively participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and project planning sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements in Appian implementations.
  • Preferred knowledge in Continuous Integration and Deployment models, Test Driven Development, Behavioral Driven Development, and familiarity with the Telecom domain.
