The Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Technical Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in interior design and build for luxury residences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural design principles, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating sophisticated and functional living spaces. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-end residential projects, collaborating with designers, engineers, and clients to bring exceptional visions to life. Responsibilities: - Lead the technical design and development from concept through to completion. - Collaborate with project managers, interior designers, and engineers to deliver integrated design solutions that meet client expectations. - Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for construction purposes. - Check supervise and analyse drawings of team members and make necessary corrections, comments required as per the site condition and design. - Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine the best architectural solutions and compliance with local regulations. - Utilize advanced software tools for 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization to present design concepts effectively. - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform and enhance design practices. - Mentor junior architects and design team members, providing guidance and support in technical aspects of design and execution. - Engage with designers to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into innovative and functional design solutions. - Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met while maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, specifically in luxury residential projects. - Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction practices within the UAE. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. - A strong portfolio showcasing previous luxury residential projects and innovative design solutions. - Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability in design. - Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
