TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

Technical Architect is will be will enjoy taking ownership of the strategic delivery of technology architecture strategy including designing, refining and uplifting system architecture to meet the expectation of customers. Your role will provide a critical capability in helping technology delivery teams understand how their program progress fits into the wider group view and on how to best structure Ab Initio technology solutions to stay future fit, compliant and best in market.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in engineering.
  • At least 8-12years of IT experience with the following technologies : Ab Initio, SQL, Unix, Jenkins
    · Must have good understanding of ETL frameworks.
    · Extensive experience in the data warehousing and expertise in various Ab Initio tools such as GDE, Express>IT, MHub, EME

· Understand the problem statement, client requirements and design and build complex solutions using Programing languages, ETL platform, etc.;

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to lead solution design sessions, documenting system/technical requirements

· Advanced SQL skills. Should be able to understand complex queries
· Exposure to Cloud Platforms will be a plus - AWS, Azure, GCP.
· Recommended experience with Kafka

Pay: $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

· Work with clients to discover, analyze and document client business requirements, and translate into technical terms and drive team effort to design, build and manage technology solutions that solve business problems

  • Designing solutions, and system and software architecture according to business strategies and architecture standards/processes.
  • Analysing business requirements and determining appropriate solutions to these requirements based on business needs.
  • Resolving routine to moderately complex problems and issues in solution architectures; assessing potential risks and determining solutions to these risks.
  • Collaborating with other team members, technology experts and business stakeholders to provide functional support to clients on solution architecture to ensure solutions align with Reference Architectures and cross cutting technology and security standards and policies
