We are looking for experienced talent exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects. About the Role The internal portal faces high latency due to complex system layers and potential telemetry gaps, requiring improved tracing, gap remediation, and a repeatable model to enable a full-stack performance enhancement. Capco will define a high priority use case inventory, define NFR/ performance targets, document latency issues to isolate the bottleneck, and identify any deficiencies in current telemetry configuration and trace coverage gaps. As needed, Capco will enhance and configure telemetry to enable comprehensive monitoring mapping of E2E process flows, provide recommendations for a remediation plan, create a roadmap to implement sustainable fixes/improvements and performance metrics, and provide a playbook for ongoing monitoring. This specific role is for a Technical Architect. The candidate is expected to act in a lead capacity and must have experience with architecture rationalization and performance optimization, with infrastructure and application knowledge.
