ABOUT THE ROLE

• System Operations & Maintenance: Provide end user support and deliver all product maintenance activities, such as patching & releases, on time and with minimal user impact
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot & resolve technical problems in existing or new systems
• System Security & Quality Control: Conduct product audits to ensure compliance with security standards and undertake risk assurance activities by tracking against relevant KPIs
• Technical Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to existing solutions and participate in the continuous improvement of the solution and its components
• Technical Architecture Delivery: the maintaining of artefacts which define structure, behaviour, and interactions of all new and existing IT solutions to ensure it meets the present and future requirements efficiently and securely
