REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Deep knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, AX 2012, and deployment practices.
• Expertise in X++, Data Entities, SSRS, OData, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Proficient with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and automated deployment.
• Familiar with integration tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, and .NET-based middleware.
• Experience with Power Platform and extending ERP functionality via Power Apps.
• Strong business process understanding across finance, accounting, supply chain, HR, and payroll.
• Effective communicator and leader, capable of driving architecture reviews and stakeholder presentations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Architect with 12–15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Platform. This role demands deep technical expertise in architecting end-to-end ERP solutions with strong domain understanding in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, and payroll systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect and implement enterprise-grade D365 F&O solutions tailored to business needs.
• Provide hands-on leadership across Finance, Procurement, Accounting, and HR modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable system designs.
• Lead integration strategy using OData, REST APIs, Data Entities, and middleware platforms.
• Design custom extensions, performance tuning, and advanced data models.
• Oversee seamless data migration and legacy system integrations.
• Leverage Azure (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Data Lake) for scalable cloud solutions.
• Extend ERP capabilities using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft development standards and security best practices.
