Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Architectural Design & Strategy:
    o Define scalable, secure .Net-based architectures.
    o Ensure high performance, modularity, and cloud-native solutions.
    o Align architectural strategies with business objectives.
  2. Technical Leadership & Development:
    o Mentor and guide developers.
    o Enforce coding standards and best practices.
    o Drive innovation and adoption of .Net & Java frameworks.
    o Review and ensure code quality.
  3. System Integration & Performance Optimization:
    o Design and implement APIs for seamless integrations.
    o Optimize system performance and enhance security.
    o Improve scalability and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:
    o Translate business needs into technical solutions.
    o Engage with stakeholders to provide architectural guidance.
    o Facilitate teamwork and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  5. Risk Management & Troubleshooting:
    o Identify and mitigate technical risks.
    o Resolve technical challenges and ensure system security.
    o Enhance system reliability and maintain seamless operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Experience:
    o Minimum of 12 years of experience in software development and architecture.
    o Proven experience in designing and implementing .Net and Java-based architectures.

o Strong background in microservices and cloud-native solutions.

  • Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in .Net and related frameworks.
o Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
o Expertise in API development (REST, GraphQL).
o Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
o Strong background in .NET framework, with a preference for candidates who also have Java experience.
o Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.

o Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.

  • Soft Skills:

o Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
o Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

o Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

  • Education:

o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
