Ensuring they get the most value from the ServiceNow platform. Our broad services portfolio is exclusively built around ServiceNow, making us the one-stop-shop for all ServiceNow related advisory services, implementations, custom app developments and application maintenance & support.
Our Technical Architects play a key role in achieving success because they help customers in designing the best flow experiences on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you create, safeguard, and propagate new solutions and best practices. You also take part in the presales process, building solid relationships with customers. Within our organization, you will act as the go-to person for questions about the ServiceNow platform because you know the platform inside out, as well as the applications we deliver.
Whilst safeguarding the delivered quality, you constantly raise the bar. In projects, you lead the team in implementing complex solutions and provide all the necessary technical advice. In answering these complex questions, you provide them with both solicited and unsolicited advice. Furthermore, you have a clear view on the future of ServiceNow and the impact this will have on our customers and own ServiceNow practice. Because this position requires you to maintain strong relations with contacts at ServiceNow, customers and partners, it’s important that you know how to network.
