End-to-end architecture: You design and document complex architectures across the entire platform – from sales/service and the marketing suite to the data cloud. You are responsible for data modeling, API/event designs, and cross-cloud workflows.
Technical Governance: You ensure the quality and standards of our projects. You define guidelines for security-by-design, scalability, and IT security, and ensure that architectural decisions are sustainable in the long term.
Standards & Code Excellence: You define coding and documentation standards (e.g., for Apex, LWC, but also SSJS/AMPscript in a marketing context). You lead architecture reviews and maintain our clients' technical roadmaps.
Technical Management: You manage the implementation and support the developer team in custom developments, complex integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events) and demanding data migrations.
Strategic stakeholder management: You translate business visions into technical reality. You conduct requirements analyses at the C-level and manage expectations through clear gap analyses between the current and target architecture.
AI in everyday life: You define how AI-relevant functions can be implemented at our customers' sites and guide the team for the optimal internal use of AI functionalities in everyday development.

YOUR PROFILE
Extensive experience: You have at least 7 years of Salesforce project experience, including several years in an architecture or lead role with end-to-end responsibility.
Education & Qualification: You have completed vocational training or a degree in (business) informatics or possess a comparable technical qualification.
Cross-cloud expertise: You are proficient in Salesforce Core as well as Marketing and Data Cloud and possess in-depth platform expertise. Governor limits, event-driven architecture, identity management, and performance tuning are part of your daily work.
Methodology & DevOps: You are proficient in establishing modern DevOps processes (Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD) and have experience in leading technical teams.
Certifications: Ideally, you are a Certified Application or System Architect. Further specializations (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer or Data Cloud Consultant) are a significant advantage.
AI competence: You possess in-depth AI expertise, actively shape its responsible use in your area of responsibility, and act as an enabler for customers as well as internally at adesso.
