Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a motivated Full-Time Salesforce Technical Architect with 10-14 Years of experience to support the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role blends hands-on technical architecture with exposure to presales, program coordination, and delivery support—ideal for a rising architect ready to grow across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

Support integration strategies (e.g., MuleSoft, REST APIs) and technical documentation.

Contribute to pre-sales efforts: solution scoping, estimation, demos, and RFP responses.

Collaborate with delivery teams (developers, BAs, QA) and support Agile project execution.

Aid in post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of Salesforce development experience, with 1–2 years in solution architecture or technical design.

Hands-on experience with integrations, data modeling, Agentforce and security in Salesforce.

Exposure to presales, client workshops, or project delivery is a plus.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Administrator, or Architect domains) preferred.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
