Description

Day to day in the role:Define and drive our target architecture — scalable, secure, resilient
Lead decisions on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability
Set standards for data and integration architecture, including secure APIs
Guide our AI strategy: embedding AI/ML into the product, setting standards for AI-assisted development, and building AI evaluation into CI/CD
Act as a technical escalation point and mentor across distributed engineering teams

Requirements:8–10+ years in software engineering, with real architectural leadership experience
Track record designing and evolving SaaS or cloud-native platforms
Deep knowledge of microservices, event-driven systems, and modern cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience in high-availability, security-sensitive environments
Comfort guiding teams across time zones
Experience in EdTech or any regulated SaaS business would be a big plus
