Job Description We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our External Sales department as a Technical Area Sales Manager – Multi Tech (BD, HG, HX and LS postcodes). In this role, you will be responsible for: Achieving defined targets across product range. Building and maintaining customer accounts across multi-tech Sales area focusing on Private & Domestic Installers, Merchants and British Gas. Identifying all customer business opportunities and implement activities to develop strong customer relationships. Taking responsibility for resolving local issues using commercial and business awareness. Supporting our associated departments (Service, Marketing, Product Management, Logistics, Training, Internal Sales etc.) in dispute resolution between our core customers and the consumer. Developing innovative ways to increase sales and improve customer experience to maximise profitability and revenue. Conducting factory tours and co-ordinate field-based training to support customers. Working closely with other disciplines and functions to build positive and rewarding relationships. Pro-active approach to CRM by implementing best practice and achievement of business goals Administrative duties including the maintenance of all CRM customer accounts and key attributes (e.g., purchase potential, call planner etc.) monthly report & expenses Effectively utilise the regional demonstration vehicle. Ensuring effective launch of new products and services. Arranging and participating in customer events such as new product launch evenings. Planning and scheduling merchant activity within merchant branches and support their training needs including products, services and training to their customer base.
