Job Description Your daily tasks: Analyze and optimize rendering performance. Optimize materials and draw calls. Tweak parameters across different subsystems. Create and manage materials throughout the project. Develop master materials. Ensure consistency and order in materials. Create post-processes. Assist the art team in creating optimized assets. Develop asset guidelines. Create various types of visual effects. Collaborate with programmers. Qualifications You meet our expectations if you have: Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) focusing on rendering subsystems from a user perspective (materials, Lumen, Nanite, shadows, lighting, Niagara, landscape, etc.). Experience working on console performance analysis. Ability to create optimized materials. General knowledge of rendering. Basic scripting skills in Blueprints. Nice to Have: Ability to write shaders in UE. Familiarity with C++ enough to read code.
