COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Diploma in Engineering (Civil or Structural).
  2. Good in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  3. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Malay.
  4. Possess driving license and able to drive.
  5. Basic knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes.
  6. Willing to outstation, work overtimes, weekends, public holidays and when required.
  7. Be adaptable and work independently coupled with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  8. Self-motivated, diligent and team player quality to achieve common goals.
  9. Able to navigate and use necessary navigation apps such as Waze, Google Maps and etc.
  10. Able to work outstation, perform under pressure, and deliver projects and tasks on time.
  11. Professional, proper etiquette, patient, and enthusiastic.
  12. Attendance/ Punctuality - Arrives at works and meetings appointments on time.
    Job Type: Permanent
    Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Responsibilities
  1. Assist engineers with the preparation of structural designs, drawings, and specifications.
  2. Help with the drafting of technical reports, including project plans, design calculation, specifications, bill of quantities, and work schedules.
  3. Attend consultant meeting, site meeting, and site inspection.
  4. Safely and punctually transport the Director and authorized individuals to and from designated locations.
  5. Liaise with government agency for submission approval.
  6. Assist with project coordination and document management.
  7. Deliver and collect documents and parcels as needed, handle government office submissions (e.g. SSM, LHDN, SOCSO, EPF, MBJB) and banking transactions.
  8. Plan and optimize travel routes to ensure efficiency and punctuality.
  9. Be available for occasional overtime work as required to meet the Director’s schedule and workload.
  10. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of personal and professional matters.
  11. Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company.
  12. Any ad-hoc tasks including daily update Fastic Portal staff log, article writing, ISO audit preparation, etc., that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time.
